Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. We offer both Express Shipping and Regular Shipping.  We offer express shipping by Express Mail Service (EMS) with online tracking. We offer regular shipping by Registered Air Parcel.

Shipping time by EMS is approximately 5 to 10 business days to North America & Asia Destinations and approximately 8 to 15 business days to the rest of the world.

Shipping time by registered air parcel is approximately 3 to 8 weeks depending on the destinations.

Return Policy  

We check each item carefully before shipping to make sure they are problem free. We do not accept refund. But we allow exchange for defective items upon arrival. Buyer will be responsible for shipping the defecitve items back to us for exchange. There will be no exchange if the watch is damaged by the recipient after arrival, such as dropping, scratching, "swimming or bathing" with the watch, other forms of misuse, etc...
